Library Facilities in the Dept. of Earth Sciences at Syracuse University

 

The University Library operates the Geology Library on the 3rd floor of the building. Its collections comprise 42,600 volumes, approximately 30 active print journal subscriptions, 300 geoscience journals available in electronic format, government documents, microforms, videos, departmental theses and dissertations, and some New York State geological maps. Subject Areas include: climatology, geology, geomorphology, hydrology, meteorology, oceanography, and natural disasters. This valuable resource also provides a quiet refuge for study and research.
