BIOGRAPHY and RESEARCH INTERESTS:

• • I am native to Central New York and received my B.M in music performance and geology from Syracuse University in May 2004.  As an undergraduate my research was focused on the seismic stratigraphy of the Finger Lakes. 
  • My PhD research is focused on studying paleoclimate of East Africa by tracking lake level fluctuations based on the correlation of seismic reflection profiles and scientific drill core data from Lake Malawi, East Africa.
