The Department of Earth Sciences at Syracuse University is a community of scholars with diverse interests in the nature of our planet: environmental geology, wetland hydrogeology, crustal evolution, sedimentology, isotope geochemistry, paleobiology, paleolimnology, and global environmental change. Faculty in our Department are all established research scientists. Choose from undergraduate and graduate programs leading to careers in industry, government, private consulting, and academia.
